What Next for Obama ?
The Politico: Looks at what next for Senator Obama, he increased his vote among white voters, double that for the Jesse Jackson, thus greater appeal for Super Tuesday. Also his political strategy for Super Tuesday, going after the small states, aka Romney has done, New York and California are tied up by the Clinton Machine. Lets hope this is a long and hard fight, that Obama does what Reagan did in 1976, go all the way down to the Convention and do what Reagan did not do and win.
Bill Clinton and Race
ABC News: It did not take long for Bill Clinton to use the race card when Obama won South Carolina. The former President mentioned Jesse Jackson also won when he ran, in a not very subtle way Clinton is using the race card, Obama yes is an African - American but he is running as a Democratic Candidate who happens to be black not the other way around. Clinton is using the old Republican text book in the view of Liberals, that is using terms that will get white support while not being racist. Thus Obama is another Jesse Jackson, the one character that will make white voters vote for Hillary while holding their noses, shame on you Mr President.
Kennedy support for Obama

Kennedy writes the following, " I have never had a president who inspired me the way people tell me that my father inspired them. But for the first time, I believe I have found the man who could be that president..." What the Obama needs is someone to counter Bill Clinton, someone that can match him for statement, also someone with the clout to get the press to report the reaction, come Al Gore this is your time, come out for Obama, Secretary of State might be the prize.

Obama Victory
Senator Obama won in South Carolina last night, 28% over Hillary Clinton. This was well over my estimation. It was also interesting that Obama took a healthy white vote, thus he can argue that he has broad appeal not just an African - American Candidate. The final result was the following, Obama 55 %, Clinton 27 % and Edwards 18%. Thus off we go to Super Tuesday, lets see how much dirty pool the Clinton Machine will use against such transformational candidate as Obama.
