Obama and Class Warfare Part Two

BBC News: Reports on President Obama’s latest attempt to define the Democratic economic agenda vs. the Republican one. The President again raised his call for tax hikes on the rich. In essence folks it’s the usual class warfare rubbish out of the Oval, the speech attacked in essence the Reagan tax cutting boom of the 1980s. Someone really needs to show POTUS the polls on who Americans consider great Presidents, they tend to place either JFK or Ronald Reagan as the greatest President. Both Kennedy and Reagan pushed for tax cuts, Obama wants tax hikes. This blog thought Obama was pandering to the Democratic base with this very old class warfare rubbish, but one has to come to the conclusion that POTUS actually believes the rubbish he is spouting. The greatness of the US was based on people wanting to get rich, they great tycoons of yesterday didn’t care a penny on the way up about their fellow man, they wanted to make money, and didn’t care who they had to step on, they made the US the powerhouse it become. The way Obama speaks one would think he would be lot happier as Irish PM, taking orders from Germany and France. The US is not Europe, the point of the US wans not to be Europe, that the point of the founding fathers, that why liberals fail in the end folks, at their heart they don’t understand US culture or history, they have eyes but don’t see, have ears but don’t listen.
