As the NSA notes the problem that Bill Clinton found was that power in Iran is held in various elite groups, not just one person as in the President, but this should not have been knew to the Clinton Administration, Ronald Reagan while trying to open to talks with Iran thought he had found people in the Tehran Regime that would be willing to talk, it was a mistake, Obama has fallen over himself in attempt to talk to Tehran, they have slapped him with a wet fish. The end result folks of all these talks is that Iran is not that far away in political terms from becoming part of the nuclear club, sometimes talk is not enough, sometimes you have to get in the saddle and charge.
