New Labour Dead and Buried

BBC News: Reports that David Miliband the ex Foreign Secretary has stated that New Labour is over with, its the future of Labour that is important, what comes after New Labour. Well folks New Labour is getting buried by the New Labour candidate in the shape of David Miliband, it seems that hollow brand of New Labour is a vote loser thus buried, one has to wonder what will Tony Blair and Gordon Brown make of this statement, in some respects we are all the heirs of the Thatcher Era, no one wants to be the heir to New Labour. The Labour Party in pure political terms has to ask it self does it want another Tony Blair in the shape of either David or Ed Miliband but without the charisma of Blair. I was watching Ed Miliband on the BBC 1 on Sunday and it took me few seconds to get the fact that it was Ed not David Miliband. They have some of the same physical mannerisms, well they are brothers, still don't think it looks good for Labour to have two brothers as the two main candidates, Ed Balls might not be as smooth as Ed or David but there is a passion, when your in opposition you need a leader that will get the troops out in a By - Election etc to push the Labour message on the doorstep. Lets see who else enters the race for leader.
