Guardian: Reports on the decision by former Liberal Democrats leader Charles Kennedy not to support the coalition between the Lib Dems and the Conservative Party, at the end of the day Mr Kennedy wanted a deal with the Labour Party. It seems that that the left wing Guardian is out to get the Lib Dems leader Nick Clegg, the blame for the failure of the talks between the Lib Dems and the Labour Party is placed at his door, the Guardian states the following, “ Cameron had formed the opinion on the afternoon following the election that Clegg wanted to make a deal with the Tories and not Labour. ". In other words the Guardian is taking the blame away from Ed Balls and the Labour Party and placing it on the hands of Nick Clegg. When the Guardian supported the Lib Dems in the election it seems it was based on the idea that the Lib Dems should just support the Labour Party no matter what, even if the sums didn’t add up in the House of Commons. At the end of the day Mr Clegg has to make this work, so does Mr Cameron, if they fail their political heads will be sought by their opponents in the Commons, lets hope these two gentlemen are very lucky, so far they found each other, that might be the greatest luck they will have in five years.
