" The pressure would come from the Conservatives for the Labour Leader to resign, or reported to the Privileges Committee of the House of Commons, thus the Committee would have the fates of the PM and the Labour Leader in their hands. Or the Labour Leader could argue that since he was not fined, he is in the clear, its the results that matters, and the Labour Leader would have been found not guilty of breaking COVID - 19 rules. One cannot understand how the former Director of Prosecutions could have gotten in this kind of mess, its was his former job to to know the small print.
