The Republicans must now start to CUT WELFARE, tax hikes have to be paid for, thus the Trump Administration in the New Year must cut welfare to the poorest of people, handing out money to the poor does not help, the idea is to allow them to help themselves, thus new training schemes, making it harder not easy to create a family that lives off welfare, it should be tax benefit NOT TO HAVE LARGE FAMILIES.
