The Oval is not a fool folks, he knows that should there be a major terrorist attack on the US and the failure to stop it could be traced to a Obama reform of the Bush 43 War on Terror his Presidency would be OVER and the Democrats would NOT WIN in 2017. As noted in this blog, a liberal President CAN NOT be liberal at home and abroad, in this Obama is following the route of President Johnson, at home you had the Great Society of the LBJ years and the reform in Civil Rights, abroad it was a different matter, Johnson increased the US presence in South Vietnam, it became LBJ's War, it destroyed him, the fear that LBJ had was should he lose South Vietnam the Republicans would push the issue up his backside every day, lets recall the Democrats gained the tag of losing China at the end of the 1940s. Thus Obama is the LIBERAL President at home but a hawk when it comes to the War on Terror, considering the closing of the US Embassies the Oval is right to be a hawk.
