Obama vs. Israel and Iran

BBC News: Reports that President Obama has stated that Iran can never have the bomb but taking pre-emptive action would be wrong. In other words folks the Oval wants it both ways, it can not afford for Iran to get the bomb, the Israeli Lobby would accuse Obama of selling out Israel, as he sold out Poland and the Czech Republic over missile defence, the Oval wants a VETO over Israeli military action in Iran, Obama needs to keep the liberal left in the US on side before the November election, he can not afford for them to stay at home and not vote. The problem that the Oval has is the fact that Israel does not care if its flushes Obama down the toilet when it comes to its security, it can be argued that Israel might strike at the end of October and shame Obama in to supporting Israel, he would have no political choice either support Israel or become another Carter, a one term Democratic President. Its high level poker folks, and Obama might think he has all the cards, but sometimes the TRUTH and PR are different, does POTUS know the difference, one suspects not in this case.
