Thus folks another nail in the coffin of ObamaCare, the issue will know go up to the US Supreme Court, it can be postulated that they will find the same, in general the law is legal but its core that US citizens must by medical cover to be illegal, as this foundation funds the rest of the Act the law would fall apart, the Republicans in Congress are never going to pass funding, thus its like buying a second hand car from a charismatic car dealer and find no engine.
