Death in Afghanistan

MOD: Reports that a British soldier has been killed today in Afghanistan, the soldier was from the " A soldier from 1st Battalion Coldstream Guards who was serving as part of Combined Force Nahr-e Saraj (South) [formerly known as Battle Group (Babaji)] ". Thus since 2001 the UK has lost 262 of its Armed Forces Personnel in Afghanistan, of that total it has lost 229 in combat action and 33 due to illness, accidents or other incidents. Thus far this month the UK has lost 11 soldiers, while in the same month last year the UK lost 6 soldiers. The Afghan War is getting more bloody by the year folks, at what rate of attraction will the War break the UK Army.
