Fox News: Reports that conditions are favourable for North Korea to launch its long range missile. The reaction of the Obama Administration will show if President Obama is another JFK or Jimmy Carter, if he takes a tough stand as JFK did over the Cuban Missile Crisis this will show North Korea and Iran that they have to careful in their actions, on the other hand if he acts like Jimmy Carter, both countries will walk all over him. In this case Obama has only two choices, if he starts to waffle you know the USA has another Carter.
