Success or Failure - North Korea

BBC News: Reports on the launch of the long range missile by North Korea. It seems from the news wires that the missile was launched but that satellite failed to make Earth Orbit. Thus was it success or failure for North Korea, it was a success, they will get technical information that they can use to send another rocket up, the next would correct the mistakes in this rocket. Thus North Korea is another problem for the Obama Administration and the UN. North Korea will now blackmail the Obama Administration, it will demand more aid, it will go slow on the talks to dismantle their nuclear plants. In all but name North Korea has joined the Nuclear Club. One can postulate that Iran will buy the technical details form North Korea, they have a common enemy, that is the USA.
