It was reported on CNN last night that Russia had added two thousand troops to the Ukraine border, and the joint Russian and Belarus military games start soon, they end on the 20th, the same day as the Winter Olympics. It can be postulated that Putin is waiting for the ground on the border between the Ukraine and Russia to get HARDER as this allows for the Russian tanks to move. The the next few weeks will see other shuttle diplomacy, and it means NOTHING, it can be argued that Putin has all ready decided on WAR with the Ukraine.
