This will wake up the Kremlin, this is a FIRM warning from Biden to Putin, if he even thinks of going after a NATO Country there will be a proper and firm reaction. It goes without saying that Poland has to be protected. It has been let down by the West before, 1939 and the start of World War One and after the WAR it was placed under Soviet influence, the brave people of Poland did not have a choice. Thus if Russia invades the Ukraine, expect overflow in refugees and calls from various countries for the West to support any insurgence in the Ukraine. If the Russians do invade the Biden Oval must make them suffer, through supply of ARMS to any insurgence in the Ukraine, the Ukraine invasion should be Putin's Afghanistan. The move by Biden should make other NATO Countries send forces to POLAND.
