Folks the Government should follow the Reagan line, lets start sacking those in the public sector who care more about their expensive pensions and not the public good, President Reagan gave the air traffic controllers a warning, when they did strike he sacked them, that message was heard by the Unions and the USSR. The UK is in a grim economic phase, private sector workers wont get the gold plated pensions of the public sector but are expected to fund those pensions. There are lot of young people out of work, lets train them to take over from these strikers, with new contracts and pensions, this is not time for the Coalition Government to be weak, time to find their inner Thatcher and Reagan.
