Daily Mail: Reports that disgraced Labour MP Eric Illsley is to resign his Seat before his next court date. The question that has to be asked is will Mr Illsley still get his MP pension and other perks of a former MP. If Mr Illsley is still in line for his pension this should be revoked by the House of Commons, he has bough disgrace to the Chamber, this goes for any other former MPs or Lords, the penalty has to be tough folks, if it was you or me we would be straight in jail and no bail.
