Who owns the Titanic ?

Guardian: Reports on the US legal case as to whom owns the Titanic and the artifacts from the great ship. In this case to be honest the the court case does not interest me, its the stories from the doom ship that interest me, those that acted in a heroic manner and those that thought only of surviving. In life it is rare to come to such a dramatic crossroads, if you had been on the Titanic would you have been a hero or a coward, the water was very cold folks, so would you have gotten on a lifeboat no matter what or would you have meet your end like a gentleman or lady. Is surviving enough?, its an interesting question folks.
