Inspection of North Korean Ships

The New York Times: Reports that the US Navy will request to inspect Ships coming out of North Korea will but will not use force to inspect ships, if the ships refuses the US Navy will request that the next Port of Call inspects these ships. This could lead to a flash point between North Korea and the US Navy, if successful these inspections would cut off the money supply to North Korea, expect North Korea as reported by Fox News to test a third nuclear device and also test its long range missile. The resolution of this crisis has a major impact on Iran, if President Obama is seen as weak over North Korea, Iran will see it as a green light to go nuclear. It can be argued that the religious elite will keep their power in Iran, they have the forces of the Army and the Police on their side, plus they don't play fair, as the deaths yesterday show.
