Russia on Guard over North Korea

Telegraph: Reports that Russia is putting up its guard against a War developing between North Korea and the USA. As Russia has a border with North Korea it does not want radioactive radiation coming over its border, its also has the experience of 1986 when it had nuclear meltdown at one of its plants. Thus Russia will want to be tough with North Korea but not to push it to far, the last thing Russia needs is a full blown War in its backyard, a War that didn't start but would suffer the consequences. This UN resolution is taking its time, also the UN has gone very quite, at the end of the day does Obama's words mean nothing, is Obama nothing more than an empty suite from Chicago.
