North Korea is Bluffing - Obama Administration

Fox News: Reports that North Korea is bluffing in the view of the Obama Administration, the Armed Forces of North Korea are not in Battle position and the missiles launched are not seen as a threat by the USA. If it is a bluff, very good, lets call them on it, lets inspect their ships, tougher economic sanctions, pressure China to take a firmer action with her semi - satellite. If the million man army of North Korea is not is a position to fight and the short range missiles are not a threat lets give North Korea the cold shoulder, lets ignore them, let them have their tantrum, after a few months lets see if they want to talk. If the Intelligence from region is that this is a bluff then the best way to really wind up North Korea is to have tough sanctions and not have any high level talks with the USA.
