It will not be the US Attorney General who decides to charge the former President, it will be the current President, who should remember that if the Republicans take the House, they can start to investigate Hunter Biden, that is the last thing that President Biden should want, if any criminal leads from Hunter Biden goes to his father, then Biden could be in a HOT WATER, deep trouble. Thus as the grown up in the room, Biden should offer to PARDON Trump if he promises not to run in 2024, and then Biden will not have to run. If the above were to happen then the Republicans will not have the need to impeach Biden if they take the House.
