This is perhaps the worse speech given by a US President in the 21st Century, the American voters did not know that Joe Biden was going to appease the Taliban, that he would cut and run when given the chance, he stated that OBL was killed, what he did not say was that he was against the mission to get the Al Qaeda leader, it shows how a lack of insight there is in Joe Biden, he was repeating past statements, Biden showed why Robert Gates, the Defence Secretary for Bush 43 and Obama, was right when he stated that he had not been right about foreign policy in 40 years. It odd to see a American President become Neville Chamberlain the appeasing PM of the 1930s. The US voter does not like to see the US humiliated when it was not needed.
