This is why BIDEN is a joke in Washington, while the US has a delicate alliance with its allies in the Middle East the VP goes off on them in the open. Thus we can take it as a FACT that Biden will not run in 2016, most times his mistakes are fun or just bad, but these remarks could have caused terrible reaction, the US needs Turkey to take action in Syria and to support the US in its fight with IS. One could only image the Republican adverts if Biden was the Democratic nomination, start building that nuclear bunker, you get the idea. The VP should clear his remarks with the White House, or say nothing, even better go on holiday for the next two and half years, thus avoid causing any more damage.
