Lets Get Real:
Folks the CIA is already sending Libyan arms to the Syrian Rebels, the EU is just catching up, the CIA operation is quite under the radar, it only came up at a Congressional hearing, no one seems to have followed it up on the whole. The US, EU known that they need to finish the Civil War in Syria, they do not need for the Assad Regime to give weapons of mass destruction to its terrorists allies in Gaza and Lebanon, any further leak of these weapons could lead to Israel creating a buffer zone in Syria, this could lead to a major regional war. The Civil War in Syria is still going on because Russia and Iran are keeping the Assad Regime going, the Tehran Regime is creating its won force in Syria should the Assad Regime fall. One can say that the Assad Regime will not be around in 2014, it just depends how many Syrians have to die before Assad leaves Syria or follows the path of Gaddafi.
