Telegraph: Has an excellent profile on the defected Libyan Foreign Minister and Spy Chief, Moussa Koussa. This does in way recall the arrival of Hess from Nazi Germany in World War Two, but between that arrival and the end of World War Two there were many years and deaths. This is a great coup for MI6, but it does raise questions, the hope is from the Allies is that others will defect, thus Koussa cant be thrown to the Courts just yet for his past terrorists actions, the Allies need show those close to Colonel Gaddafi that if they defect they wont be thrown to the wolves. Thus the loves ones of those killed by Koussa will have to wait, there might even be a legal deal that means that Koussa never sees inside a Court. Thus the greater good might mean that to save lives in Libya a alleged terrorist will have to be set free, this harsh politics 101 folks.
