Telegraph: Reports that Security Forces loyal to Colonel Gaddafi crossed the border between Libya and Tunisia to fight the Libyan rebels and Tunisian Forces. This is the problem with the conflict in Libya, so far it has been kept internal thanks to the military strikes by NATO, but the military stalemate will force the Gaddafi Security Forces to take greater risks to counter the rebels. The advance in Tunisia can be seen as a move to prevent Tunisia becoming a safe heaven for the Western Rebels, think Pakistan/Afghanistan border and you get the idea. Thus as the conflict becomes a stalemate each side has the greater advantage to take greater risks to end the conflict. Should the conflict drag in Tunisia in the West and Egypt in the East it could get very messy for the Western Allies folks. Lets hope this border clash was a one off, otherwise the conflict could drag Western Forces to get some order back in to Libya.
