Obama on North Korea

The White House: Reports on the reaction of the Obama White House to the shelling of South Korea by North Korea. The White House states the following, “ Earlier today North Korea conducted an artillery attack against the South Korean island of Yeonpyeong. We are in close and continuing contact with our Korean allies. The United States strongly condemns this attack and calls on North Korea to halt its belligerent action and to fully abide by the terms of the Armistice Agreement. The United States is firmly committed to the defense of our ally, the Republic of Korea, and to the maintenance of regional peace and stability. One reason for the shelling could be the fact that North Korea sees that Ireland gets a hundred billion Euro bailout for going broke, the mindset in North Korea might be how much will POTUS pay to keep North Korea quiet, fifty billion or even a hundred billion dollars, this is just a guess folks, but a very good guess, North Korea is on the make and it shows its hunger with this military shelling. The problem is should North Korea attack for a second time, then South Korea might take action, that is the threat from South Korea, thus Obama needs to show a VERY big STICK and make it clear to North Korea that the South and the US can only be pushed so far, after a certain point all bets are off. God help the Communist North should that point ever be reached, even China might not be able to save them.
