UN and North Korea

The New York Times: Reports that the Japan has called for an Emergency Meeting of the UN Security Council, the NYT writes the following, "... an urgent meeting of the Security Council was expected to be held on Monday.." As before there will be critical words, but a mild result as before, even the previous mild rebuke sent North Korea in to a rage, they walked away from talks. Thus after a few days of seething by the World Community, we will be back at the start, the Obama Administration will have to find what North Korea wants, so far the Obama Administration has not had much luck on that score, North Korea seems to be in some kind of internal succession struggle, thus they show their teeth then walk away. Think Iran but more tedious talks sooner or later.
