Binyam Mohamed Case

Telegraph: Reports on the release of secret information by order of the UK Court of Appeal, the information concerns the case of Binyam Mohamed a former Guantanamo Bay prisoner. The information from our US Allies states that Mr Mohamed was tortured by the the definition of UK law. This Blog is calling for an Enabling Act to be passed by Parliament but also a Crown Statement to the effect that in future the PM acting as the Head of Government will use the powers of the Crown to set aside any such judgments. That also the PM under the Enabling Act can sack any Judge who thinks they know better than the UK Government acting on behalf of the Crown. The Judges should be reminded that they are there by the grace of the Crown, and that grace can be removed also their pensions. Haven't the UK Government heard of shredders.
