The article points out that Obama has to collect money while running a Presidential Campaign while McCain gets public money. Money is the mothers milk of politics, its not how much you have left, Kerry had money in the bank in 2004 but still lost, the question is does the voter buy you as President, that is the problem that Obama has at the present, is the USA ready for the a President Obama or do they prefer President McCain.
