As the Liberal Left Wing of the Democratic Party now has power in Congress, they care more about the rights of the terrorist than of the voters in the United States. This could really be a good Issue for McCain, he has to point the finger at Obama, has to start real hard hitting Political Ads now, make Obama deal with the Issue, make him split from the Congress or if he does not show him to be weak when it comes to National Security.
