In other words Trump knows that the Strait of Hormuz is very dangerous with Iranian mines and Drones, he does not want to risk the US Navy and military personnel before the Mid Terms, it only takes one lucky strike from Iran to really hurt the Royal Navy and Starmer would be finished, like Chamberlain after Norway campaign.  The UK should support the US, its our oil prices that are going up, also let's get the French involved, they have an aircraft Carrier in the Middle East.

Lets Get Real:

The 22nd Amendment prevents a President running for a third term, it was done after FDR ran won four times.   It was passed by a Republican Congress, sometimes history bites you on the backside.  POTUS could resign and run again, the Courts would have a field day on that issue.  If not for the 22nd Amendment, then Reagan, Clinton and Obama would have ran again, Reagan was popular, thus his VP won, the two Democrats either saw their VP or nominee defeated by Bush 43 and Trump in 2016.  Of course POTUS could be needling the Dems and those on the left.  One hopes Trump is having fun.

More men for the War in the Ukraine - Russia CALL UP - Ukraine - Russia War - Putin Era

The Kremlin no longer has the Wagner Group to call upon for now, there are reports that the Russians are planning a massive offensive in the North of Ukraine, to counter the Ukraine Offensive in the South East, that has been slower than expected.  Many young men have headed to the Russian border as to avoid the draft, thus you will see young boys of 18 and old duffers in their early 50s fighting for the glory of Putin and nothing else.  The Glory of Russia has long gone, if it was even there.  The alliance between Russia and the West during WW2 was a marriage of convivence, the Russians think they won WW2, that is how deluded they are, the real hero of WW2 was Churchill and the British people, we faced evil alone in 1940 while Stalin has a  non aggression pact with Hitler's Germany.  The West must defeat Putin, a real defeat, the Russian people must be woke from their sleep to resist Putin and his regime.

The US and UK leaders have placed their political fate in the Ukraine winning against Russia.  IF Russia wins, Western politics leaders might have to shake the hands of Putin, Russia is the NEW Nazi Germany of the 1930s, who wants another 1938 Munich Meeting, PM Chamberlain never recovered and was replaced by Churchill in 1940. Thus Biden and Sunak must totally support the Ukraine.

PUTIN will see any weakness as a green light for more military action, Baltic States or Poland could be next, Biden has an election in 2024, so does Sunak, weak leaders never win!

As stated by this blog and many others the Russians will take any chance they can to WIN their WAR in the Ukraine during the WINTER, they are want the people of the Ukraine to suffer through a BAD WINTER, they want the people to call for an end to the WAR on Russian terms.  The Kremlin is not reading the people of the Ukraine in correct way, the people of the Ukraine KNOW that if they lose this WAR they lose their Country, while in Russia, the Putin Regime would fall if it lost, but the Russian State would go on.  The West has to support the people of the Ukraine, through military aid to the Ukraine Army and battery operated heaters for the people of the whole of the Ukraine.   The Winter Battle might be the hardest for the people of the Ukraine, the Russian support for its troops is not that great, from ammo to winter kit. The Russians should recall the Finish War of 1940, when the Russians in military terms had their backsides kicked, although they won the war in the end.

Thus far its only Sky that is going with this story, are they really allowing their hatred and REMAIN wing to dictate their reality, the PM cannot be forced out office in till there is a NEW LEADER, he remains the Queen's PM.   If the Conservative Party want a new leader will have to change the rules, that means the 1922 Committee will have elections for its officers on Monday, and then the structure of a new leadership contest, this is going to take time, and the Queen needs a PM on call. What if the Russians seeing this crisis in LONDON, pulls a stunt with a bombing of a NATO Country, thus we need a PM.  If PM Boris will not go, and he can fill his Cabinet and junior ranks then he stays, so far he has replaced those that have left. The UK has had three Education Secretaries in two days.  As for Sky News and BBC News a friend of this blog stated that they are nest of vipers, the Conservative MPs should not be on the TV, they should find a candidate that all MPs can decide on, like Churchill after Chamberlain or Major after Thatcher.   In 2007 Gordon Brown forced Tony Blair OUT after 10 years, he ran with no opposition as Labour leader.  The left/liberal elite will try to fan this story, the powers that be within the Conservative Party need to get their MPs back in line and not on the TV, BBC News, Sky News, Channel 4 News etc.  This blog is waiting to see who runs and who are the Brexit supporters in the pack.

PM Boris in his last hours in 10 DOWNING STREET, it was never going to be a happy ending for Boris, in this case he was loyal to two of his MPs, a great PM must have the ability to be a good butcher as one of the PM's Conservative predecessors stated.  One day it will be interesting for the Boris to do an interview and to be asked did his previous mistakes make him more willing to support those members of his Party in trouble.  The Conservative MPs if they have a brain, will chose who they want to be the next leader, and tell the PM his time is up.  The 1922 Committee elections are soon, the anti Boris crowd should win a majority of the seats, they will change the rules and the PM will face another No Confidence Vote, this time he will lose, it would better for ALL concerned even Boris for him to go and support a candidate who is a Brexit supporter and can unite most of the Party.  Those Conservative MPs who want to run in the following leadership contest after Boris is gone, must come under pressure to support a single candidate, the UK is in trouble, thus this is 1940 moment for Conservative MPs, they need to back the one candidate.  There is a general election in 2024, the Party must regroup.   As long as the Party does not chose a remainer it should win in 2024.   Poor Boris, it was tough period in office since the 2019 election, he just run out of luck, it happens to all politicians, Thatcher in 1990 and Blair in 2007.

The French are really getting out of hand, they should recall the US is the Leader of the Democratic West, and France is a small fry, the French ego is normally out of control, they still hanker for the days of Empire, they are only a real power because of they have nuclear weapons, and they only did that because they have been invaded twice by the Germans, 1914, 1940.  They will never forgive that it took the US and the Brits to save them, they still do not know how to make English Tea, that should you TELL all you need to know about the French.  The US President should ask the French President over for talks at the White House and let them come part of Aukus, it could become AFuksu, just an idea.  They real target of the PACT China are worried, they see competition in their back yard and do not like it, they are impotent when it comes to North Korea and Taiwan, thus they stress their navy, bad idea, the West can always out spend the Chinese's communists, look what happened to the USSR.

Paris has thrown a fit, one can assume that it down to losing a billion dollar contract and not being asked to join in the first place, the French Foreign Minister compared Biden to DONALD TRUMP, they have really got their knickers in to a twist, well that is the French, at the least the UK did not sink their fleet as Churchill had to do in 1940 to avoid the Germans getting their hands on them, the French still peeved at that, this just adds to their anger.  They will get over it, it not liked the French are trusted by the World, they would have done the same thing to the UK, just we got there first.  The Defence Pact is aimed at China, they are going to become a threat, they have built their navy and are making claims on Taiwan. ONE doubts that China will invade Taiwan, the damage would be to great and it would bring in the US and now UK if the region goes hot.  The Biden Oval should invite the French President over, and with the agreement of the other two nations, ask France to join the defence pact, one doubts they will say no.

This will spook the EU, it shows that the UK is ready to have border, a deal or no deal with the EU.   The new Irish PM stated that Ireland would see the UK as a third country, after the millions we gave them due to the financial crisis.   Also UK visitors would have to spend two weeks in quartine, what a bloody cheek.   Is the Irish PM unware that UK subjects go over the border day in and out.   The Republic of Ireland should be aware if we have the worse economic depression for three hundred years they will get the same results but worse, we shall see if the EU will bail the IRISH out again.  It is time to show the EU and the rest of the World that the UK can stand alone, it is not new to us, in many respects we prefer that, then you know who your friends are when it matters. 

Those Opposed to Missile Strikes - Syria Update 2 - Trump Era

There will always be people who want to appease, the House of Commons in 2013 did not do itself any favours when it refused to back PM Cameron and his plan to attack Syria after the use of chemical weapons.  The foundation of leadership is taking decisions that will cause others to be unhappy, Churchill, Reagan and Thatcher.  In 1940 Churchill faced down the UK Establishment that wanted to appease Hitler, in the 1980s Reagan and Thatcher stood firm against the Soviet Union, and pushed through domestic reform that was needed.   Sometimes leadership comes down to one person, who will make the difference. 

Missiles are Coming - TRUMP - Trump Era

Lets Get Real:

The missiles when they are fired will not be a surprise to either the Assad Regime or to Russia.    It will be interesting to see who joins the battle, of course there will be the US and France, what will the UK do, one does hope that May shows some leadership and uses the power of the Queen to join her allies.   Sometimes the people want the leaders to lead, then they will come to the water, in other words, forced to accept the reality of action, think Churchill 1940, the elite did not want to go to WAR and the working class had gone through World War one, but Churchill lead and saved West we know today.  One hopes the Russians do not overplay their hand, we do not want to see World War 3.

The Greeks are losing the plot, even if they understood plot at the start, without Britain standing alone in 1940 we  would find a VERY different Europe.   The modern Germany taxpayer should not pay for the War Guilt of their great grandfathers, guilt lasts for some limited time, and the Greeks created this mess, they think the European tax payer should fund their welfare state, well the kind answer is get lost, the Greeks have to be taught the value of money, if that means them out of the Euro, so let it be, the Romans said beware of Greeks bearing gifts, they had a point. 

The Brown/Balls Camp vs. Ed Miliband

Guido Fawkes Blog: Reports that the Brown/Balls Camp is starting its attack on Ed Miliband for not placing Ed Balls as Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer. Its not quite the Blair vs. Brown Wars as Ed Milbiand worked for Gordon Brown and served in his Cabinet but it’s a fight on the left of Labour, between Balls who wants no cuts and Ed Miliband who wants an economic policy that look real to the outside world, thus you have a fight for NO cuts to some cuts, all very geeky. Lets recall that when Labour did a runner in 1931 it didn’t get back in to power in till World War Two, if the Coalition works the Labour Party could be out of power for a generation. It can also be postulated that Ed Miliband made Alan Johnson the Shadow Chancellor as to have a place holder in till his brother David gets over his political wounds and comes back in to the Cabinet, it can be argued that Mr Johnson will move aside once David Miliband is back in the Cabinet, not the case with Ed Balls. All politics is family.
