The Joe Biden's " WOMEN " problem in the 2020 Election - Election 2020

The New York Times: Has an interesting opinion, it looks at how former Vice - President Joe Biden has been accused of stepping over the line in to the personal space of women, the article states the following " The New York Times reported that some Democrats are bracing “for an extended reckoning about Mr. Biden and gender if he enters the race.”   "

Lets Get Real:

None of the stories in this area are saying that Biden committed a crime, just that in this modern era, women have the right to their personal space and MEN, well it tends to be mostly men, have no right to be sniffing a women's hair or kissing her head if he does not know her, also rubbing noses is going over the line.   The it can be presumed that these stories are being pushed by the various campaigns, of course nothing official, just the right word to the right reporter.    If VP Biden enters the race he becomes the leading candidate to take on Trump in 2020, thus the other campaigns might not want Joe Biden to enter.   Let's be clear VP Biden has been in politics for decades, he has cast thousand of Senate votes, and has had views that do not quite fit the modern Democratic Party, from race to gender.   One can see Biden being  a REAL THREAT to POTUS in 2020, he will fight back when Trump goes dirty and Trump has no problem in getting in to the trenches of political knife fighting.  Does the former Vice - President want to have say sorry ALL THE TIME.   In the Democratic  Party he has negatives already, he is MALE, WHITE AND OLD, while the Democratic base is looking for a fresh leader.   One would not be surprised if Biden does not enter, why get your reputation tarnished if you face losing, and this blog is predicting that Biden will not win the primary fights in 2020. 

Will there be a General Election ? - Brexit Update 3 - NO BREXIT

Daily Mail: Reports " So what happens next? The Cabinet will meet TOMORROW after MPs voted down every alternative to Brexit for a second week running "

Lets Get Real:

IF the PM can not get Cabinet unity she might think about going to the Country, the very idea makes MPs nervous, on both sides of the Chamber, the local Conservative Associations who are more for a HARD BREXIT could start to remove Remainer MPs who have voted against the May Deal and support a SOFT BREXIT.   On the Labour sides, those MPs from leave Seats will have to explain why they have STOPPED Brexit.   If the PM places a motion to dissolve Parliament one can expect the Labour Party will support it.   The reason is simple, they are ahead in a recent poll, also it would allow Labour to crush Change UK Party before it can really become a political threat.  At the end of the day, the UK will have to chose, does it want a clear OUT of the EU or a SOFT BREXIT, as in a customs union.   This might be the only way to clear the roadblocks in the House of Commons. 

Emergency Cabinet Today - Brexit Update 2 - NO BREXIT

Lets Get Real:

The PM has to make a decision, it is simple, she either goes for a NO DEAL BREXIT or she gives in on a CUSTOMS UNION, either way she is going to lose Cabinet Ministers, it just depends if the Brexit or Remainer Ministers really want to resign and this being the end of their political careers.   Let's be scientific on this, it is really down to the numbers, how may Hard Brexit MPs are there compared to the Remainers, if there are more Brexit MPs the PM should risk the Remainer MPs either resigning from the Cabinet or from the Conservative Party.   The Conservative local members are very HARD BREXIT, this supporters will be needed in any general election, thus the PM should be rational on the subject.   As stated in a previous post the PM is most likely to accept a Customs Union as she supported the Remain cause in the 2016 vote.   Thus one can expect cries of betrayal from the Hard Brexit MPs and members.   At least the PM will have made decision, the UK voter wants BREXIT finished with for the moment. 

The House of Commons FAILS to support new Brexit Plans - Brexit Update 1 - NO BREXIT

Lets Get Real:

Thus the House of Commons has shown that it does not favour any kind of BREXIT.  The PM should take the LEAD, she should suspend Parliament for a few weeks and take the UK out of the EU with a NO DEAL BREXIT.   Leadership is about taking action, the MPs are playing games while Rome Burns, at least the Emperor Nero has charisma, that can not be said for most of our MPs.   One can postulate that PM May will fold and agree to a customs union, this would be against the 2017 Conservative manifesto.    On the other hand, it would allow the UK to control immigration and GET OUT of the political structure of the EU, should the PM follow this route it could split the Conservative Party, expect Brexit Cabinet Ministers to resign.   After the UK is out of the EU a new Conservative leader can change the agenda and reform any deal, but first the UK has to get out of the EU.   It would be a disaster for the Conservative and Labour Parties if they were forced to take part in the EU Parliamentary elections, one can assume that the Brexit Party will contest election, also Change UK.   The poor UK voter will face months of the TV being about BREXIT, this blog drinks a lot.
