This blog would be very surprised if Putin agreed to that, the Special Envoy Steve Witkoff is not an expert in diplomacy, he might have heard what he wanted, by the way WHY should Putin have a VETO on security guarantees to the Ukraine, does he have a VETO on the Countries that can supply a security force, this blog wants to hear from Moscow on this development.
