Democrats and the Mueller Report - Trump Era

Lets Get Real:

The Democrats thought that Special Prosecutor Mueller would bring the end of POTUS, the summary of the report by Attorney General Barr cleared POTUS and his campaign in 2016, also the summary cleared POTUS of obstruction of justice, this final line was approved by the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General.  This blog would take their word over partisan hacks of the Democratic Party.    The Democrats have to let go and fight POTUS on policy, the Trump Oval has given them good ground to fight on. The Trump Department of Justice has asked a Federal Judge to revoke ObamaCare, this would throw millions off health cover.   The Democrats won the House in 2018 by talking about domestic issues facing US voters, a poll taken showed that Russia investigation was way down the list of concerns.   If the Democrats carry on with their witch hunt of Trump, the Democratic Candidates for President could be the LOSERS. 

Chance of a National Unity Government ? - Brexit Update 2 - NO BREXIT

Lets Get Real:

One can take this story two ways, it is a threat to HARD BREXIT MPs to get on board with the May plan or some MPs have lost the plot.   There is NO WAY Labour MPs are going to cross the floor and serve in a National Government, the National Governments of the 1930s split the Labour Party, its leader stayed and few MPs joined with the Conservatives, while this was seen as act of treason by the Labour Party, to this day they criticise the action.   Of course one can see the plus side for the mentioned Labour MPs, they might think that this is their only chance to get back in to Government, as they do not see Jeremy Corbyn winning an election. Or one could that some MPs have LOST THE PLOT and have been drinking to much BRANDY.   On the whole a silly idea, that will NOT HAPPEN.

What a day, the PM has offered to resign if the House of Commons passes her deal and the House says NO to 8 different options, from a No Deal Brexit to Revoking Article 50.   On Monday the House will vote again, this time the MPs will be asked to vote for their preference, one assumes it will be from 1 to 8.   After the PM offered to resign there was hope that the Withdrawal Agreement could be passed, then the DUP stated that it still opposes the deal and will vote against it.   Thus PM May might have fallen on her political sword for nothing.  This blog is still arguing that the PM should suspend Parliament under the Royal Prerogative and go for a NO DEAL BREXIT, and then bring the HOUSE back to vote to see if the MPs have confidence in the PM and the Government.   As stated the HARD REMAINERS have won, one can see Brexit been thrown in to the long grass, as in a long extension, while the Conservative Party tears itself apart by having a leadership election.
