But Who ?

BBC News: Reports that the New Dr Who will be announced Tomorrow. In this day and age had to make a light hearted post, as to my favourite for the role, well that would be David Morrissey but could see Paul McGann , yes that is Doctor 8 coming back, the present series has shown regeneration is a complex business. Also it should be pointed out that the Paul McGann special did draw nine million views at the time. Cant wait for tomorrow!

A Nuclear Threat to Israel ?

The Times: Reports that Israel's only nuclear plant could become a target of the terrorist rocket attacks. If this is a real threat then Israel has no alternative, it has to send ground forces in to Gaza, it has to clear the terrorists out of Gaza, if need be push them in to the Water, it is the duty of the Government of Israel to protect its citizens from another Holocaust.

The World and Israel

The Times: Reports on the protest around the World at the attack on Gaza by Israel. It has to be asked if those that are protesting would tolerate rockets being thrown at them on daily, or would they demand that their government protect them from such terrorism. Grow up World.

Israel and Gazza

The New York Times: Reports on the prospect that Israel will use its land forces to clear Gaza of the threat of rocket attacks on Israel. This page is a strong supporter of Israel, the government of Israel has a duty to protect its citizens from the threat of terrorism. The Government of Israel should finish this once and for all, clear out the terrorists group Hamas and develop a two state solution, a viable state for Palestinians, a state that will have a relationship with Israel and will help never use the terrorist weapon. In other words Israel has to win and finish this problem.

Deaths in Afghanistan

BBC News: Reports on the death of another British Soldier in Combat on New Year's Day, the last casualty was on New Year's Eve. The total of deaths now stands at 138. As stated many times on this page these deaths wont be the last, our heroic fighting force are in a No Win War, the West can not win in Afghanistan, its a matter of making the terrorism low level, in other words keep the terrorists bogged down in Afghanistan, if they are fighting a low level War with our forces they can not be hitting the Underground in London. Our Armed Forces are doing heroic work but they also need the equipment, more money has to be spent on our forces in Afghanistan. ITV News showed that in some respects are forces are fighting as if they are in World War One Trenches, well its not good enough, they need the best men and equipment, if it has to be stalemate lets make sure our fighting men and women are not living in conditions that a veteran of World War One would feel at home.
