Yemen Update - Yemen Crisis

Washington Post: Reports on the airstrikes by Saudi Arabia on Tehran supported groups in Yemen, " Analysts say the attacks are part of strategy to eliminate the air defenses, weapons arsenals and communication lines of the Shiite insurgents in a bid to ease the way for a potential land invasion.  "

Lets Get Real:

It was reported on Fox News that SA did not warn the Obama Oval that it was taking action in Yemen, but as reported by the London Times the US is supporting SA with intelligence and other support.  It has been noted that Iran has bought up the crisis in Yemen with the US, will Iran try to link the two, that would finish any deal.   The Tehran Regime has to be stopped, if the US can not or will not then the Gulf States have to take action, once Iran goes nuclear expect the other States to buy their own nuclear missiles, they have the money and the have the need, they do not want to be blackmailed by Iran.    The idea of Iran as the highest power in the Middle East should be a worry to all, the Tehran Regime is a threat to ALL. 

Bill Clinton and 2016 - 2016 Election

Whether this will work is a great unknown of the 2016 race: If Mr. Clinton veers far off script with just one stunner of a comment, the campaign could stumble. "

Lets Get Real:

Think about this, Bill Clinton was called the first " Black " President in the Oval Office, he understood African - American culture and was happy to be around it, then President Obama and his campaign comes along and brands Bill Clinton a racist, of all people to throw that charge at, the former President might have his faults, BIG FAULTS, but he is not a racist, and it shows character of Bill Clinton that he agreed to support President Obama in 2012.   Thus its payback time, the Clintons expect the Obama team to support them, but and there is always a but, the Clintons may need to distance themselves from the Oval Office should Obama have a bad deal with Iran, the Israeli lobby on the Hill will make sure that the US Congress has the final say on any agreement.   Thus the old big dog should be himself, if the HRC team tie him up he will blow a fuse, and that could cause problems, let Bill be Bill within reason. 

Labour Ahead in the Polls by 4% - 2015 Election

Lets Get Real:

As this blog has noted, the Labour Party will win the General Election as it takes less voters to vote Labour to win that it does Conservatives.   Thus as long as Labour is on between 34%-36% they will either form a minority government or have a vote by vote deal with the SNP or LibDems.   The most interesting part over the next few weeks is to look who shines on the Labour campaign trail and the likely Cabinet Ministers in the next Labour Government.  Also it will be interesting to see how many Labour seats go to the SNP in May, it could be that the Labour Party will be down to 1 or 2 seats in Scotland, the same as the Conservative Party.   Interesting few weeks ahead on the political front.  Think of it, five years of Ed Miliband droning on, I need PROZAC.

Lets Get Real:

The uber liberal left wing press want a deal, they have learned nothing from Munich of 1938, they will not ask the tough questions, Will Iran Cheat? YES. Will Iran lie, YES, Will Iran play a role in the troubles of the Middle East, YES.    The Obama Oval wants a legacy and is willing to sell out the Gulf States and Israel.   These two very different allies should form an alliance to take out the nuclear threat of Iran, call the Oval Office's bluff, the US Congress will support an attack, and any sanctions ideas by the Oval will get a veto from the US Congress.    The Obama Oval is playing a game it does not understand and will not be around when it falls apart after 2017.   History has away of repeating itself,  Putin's Russia and Tehran are a threat to the entire World.   Putin wants a Greater Russia and Iran wants a greater Iran and for its neighbours to pay homage to it.   Weakness breads war, Obama is no Kennedy or Reagan. 

US/UN talks with Iran - Iran Crisis

Lets Get Real:

IF you think the Switzerland talks are a good deal in the making, then do not read this post, the Obama Administration wants a deal so much it will sell out its Gulf Allies and Israel.    The Tehran Regime can not be trusted, as the former US Defence Secretary Leon Panetta said both as Secretary and Director of the CIA he found that Iran always double deals.   The Gulf States and Israel should consider a joint operation  to take down the nulcear structures of Iran.   The US Congress will support any action and will thwart any sanctions by the Obama Administration.   The Switzerland talks have the smell of the Munich agreement of 1938, when you appease a bully you open the door to more fighting.   Lets hope the US Congress thwarts any US/Iran deal.
