A fight for the Democratic Nomination in 2012 ?

The New York Times Blog: Reports that President Obama has taken a hit in support when it comes to Liberals in the Democratic Party, but they will never less support him in his re-election bid in 2012. If President Obama cant get back Independents, moderate Republicans and his base of support within the Democratic Party is not firing at full support he could very lose the Presidential Election of 2012. The tax cuts should pump the economy to grow, people will have money in the pocket, unemployment benefits have been extended for about a year, thus Obama is not a political dodo for 2012, but the question is what will the New Year bring, the Republicans have learned the lessons of how they allowed Bill Clinton to run and win in 1996, thus the House Republicans are not going to give Obama issues that allow him to make a political recovery. Also lets be real President Obama is not that great a political operator, he in essence called the Republican leadership on the Hill Terrorists for their tax demands, he has to work with them next year, politicians on all sides can have very thin skins, Obama is very thin skinned when it comes to critical comments, a habit that he shares with Jimmy Carter.

Obama/Bush 43 Tax Cuts

Fox News: Reports that House Democrats will go along with the deal struck by President Obama and Republicans to keep the Bush 43 tax cuts for all Americans. At the end of the day the House Democrats are doing what they are told by the White House, that is why they lost control of the House, if moderate and conservative Democrats had said NO to ObamaCare then Democrats would still be in control of the House. The lack of a backbone has a historical example, when Bill Clinton in 1994 lead the House Democrats over a cliff. It seems that Democrats have no depth or historical understanding, that must be the reason that the elected Nancy Pelosi to lead them in the next Congress, they will they be out of power for years.
