Also it gives something else for President Putin to crow about, that the liberal establishment will break the law or do anything to thwart Trump. The legal system should be used as a last resort, not the first way to challenge the opposition, the US Presidency should not be decided by lawyers and judges as in 2000 as in Bush vs Gore.
