Is Gov Scott Walker the new Reagan? - Election 2016

Lets Get Real:

This blog sees Governor Walker being a good VP for Jeb Bush, the right wing would be happy. he has taken on the Unions in Wisconsin and faced a recall election pushed by Democrats.   As for being POTUS it can be argued that Walker needs few years of national attention before running for the Republican nomination, lets recall the Great Reagan won the Republican nomination at his third attempt, Reagan ran as a dark horse candidate in 1968 and nearly took the nomination from President Ford in 1976, also Reagan views were well known by 1980, this is not the case with Walker.   As the nightmare of the Obama Presidency has shown, you need a few years at the national level so your views can be tested and be seen to be the answer to the problems faced by voters.   Thus Walker for VP under a Bush nomination for President.

How to Appease Obama Style - Iran Crisis

US president lays out “Obama doctrine” of “engagement” with traditional foes from position of military strength, as he pushes back against Republican and Israeli criticism of Iranian framework nuclear deal  "

Lets Get Real:

The Obama doctrine would be good if he had backed it up in Syria, he didn't, he allowed himself to trash his own red lines.   Iran IS NOT China and President Obama is no Richard Nixon, one can only postulate that Richard Nixon looking down on Obama and laughing his backside off at such a weak President.   The Republicans should hit  Obama HARD, make every negative action by Iran an outcome of how Obama has used the policy of appeasement with Tehran.  The Republicans should start to adverts in Florida and Ohio that morph Obama in to Neville Chamberlain.  Every President has his weak spot, with Obama its his ego, the Gulf States and Israel should use their influence and money to undermine the Oval Office, as the saying goes, hubris comes before a fall.

Obama and Israel Part 2 - Iran Crisis

Lets Get Real:

Lets look at how the US and Iran agreement plays in to US politics at home, the Republican contenders have been wary of the deal, while Hillary Clinton the Democratic front runner has welcomed the deal but is keeping her options open, it can be expected that any deal one way or another will find its way to Congress, it is a question of how many Democrats will keep to the Party line when it comes to Israel, if the Iran deal does not work the Dems will want the ability to show that they were not fooled as President Obama was, on the other hand the House and Senate Democrats do not want an annoyed President on their back, so they will be cautious about any deal between the US and Iran.   IF the deal works then the Republicans will have to consider how to play it in 2016, of course that depends if your trust Iran.  On the Dem side the Clinton Camp will be supportive up to a point, if its a choice between a being loyal to Obama or getting Hillary Clinton elected, its the Clintons what you expect.

Obama and Israel - Iran Crisis

Lets Get Real:

If President Obama wants this DEAL, then Israel should make the Oval Office pay a price, life is not fair, the Israeli Government should make any deal between the US and Iran conditional on less pressure for a Middle East deal.   In essence the Oval office should be given a choice, a deal with Iran and its political risks or a deal to solve the problem of the Palestinian people, since Obama has a framework deal with Iran at this moment it can be guessed that the Oval will take the Iran deal with all its risks.   The IAEA is the third party that will check to make sure Iran is keeping to the deal and the CIA will keep an eye on Iran, verify but do not trust when it comes to Iran.
