Nelson and Abortion

The Hill: Reports that Senator Nelson has threatened to block health care reform unless the Senate version has a restrictive language on abortion. This blog has opposed the Obama health care reform bill but when it comes to abortion the Liberal leadership in the Senate should support women, the government should support the right of a woman to chose and to help with funding. Its appalling that the Democratic Party has thrown women under the bus when it comes to abortion, without the female vote Democrats would never win Presidential Elections. Its time for Democrats to support women and battle away those that want to restrict the right of choice for American women.

July 2011 - SET IN STONE - Afghanistan - CBS

CBS News: Reports from the White House that the withdrawal date for the US to leave Afghanistan is set in stone. If your Taliban you can see that POTUS does not want to fight the War in Afghanistan, you don't give the enemy your end date for leaving. This shows that POTUS is not a War President, can you see FDR telling Germany and Japan in World War Two that the United States will start to withdraw after 1944 no matter if the D - Day landings had been successful. This shows that President Obama does not understand military matters, this is a clear message to Israel that they have to protect their own security, Israel can not trust Obama, he does not have the stomach for War. McCain on Obama's Health Care Reform

The Obama health care reform is is being debate in the Senate folks, as stated many times the bill with hurt older Americans, Republican Senator John McCain has written the following in an article for US Today, " Simply put, the Democrats' proposed cuts to Medicare would impact seniors' access to quality care. This is a price that Americans should not........pay. " This great Senator is standing up for older Americans, folks support him, tell your Senator to oppose the Obama Health Care Reform Bill.

Iran No Bomb - Russia

Reuters: Reports that PM Putin of Russia has stated that Iran does not have the bomb. This is the problem that President Obama has with his Russia policy, the power in Russia is former President and now PM Putin. Lets recall Putin is old school KGB, he thinks the end of the USSR was a massive mistake, thus wants the Russian bear to have its claws back when it comes to the United States. At the IAEA meeting Russia approved a resolution that was critical of Iran but when it comes to tough sanctions it can be postulated that Obama will find that Iran has become a Polar Bear on ice, in other words cold to the idea. Lets hope selling out Poland and the Czech Republic was worth this refusal from the USSR sorry Russia.
