The FATE of Kobani - New War on Terror

Lets Get Real:

There are still thousands of people still in Kobani on the Syrian and Turkish border, the IS advance has not been stopped by US airstrikes, the UK PM David Cameron should use the fate of Kobani as a reason to strike IS in Syria.  It is not in the interest for the West and the Turks for IS to be on their border, what if IS strikes Turkey this would bring in NATO, and there is not get out clause, that is the point of NATO, an attack on one is an attack on all, that is why Russia in Ukraine is a constant worry, it is very close to the Baltic States.  It only takes an error for either the Ukraine and the War on the Turkish border to blow up in to a major regional war.   The UK House of Commons should pass a resolution that approves the RAF to strike Syria and also place limited ground troops in Syria and Iraq.

IS and the Taliban of Pakistan - New Threat?

Lets Get Real:

This is an interesting development should the Taliban of Pakistan and Afghanistan form an alliance with IS it could become the World's biggest terror threat, if Taliban of Pakistan could get their hands on nuclear material it could share the threat with IS, and lets be clear that IS would use a dirty bomb in the Middle East or the West if it could, this development needs to be looked at with care by Western Intelligence, at one time the Taliban in Pakistan was quite close to the Capital of Pakistan, and are  a constant threat at home and abroad should they form a strategic alliance with IS.  One hopes that the CIA, MI6, NSA, have their eyes and ears open to thwart any relationship developing, rhetoric is one thing, doing plans together is something different.

Kill the Moon - Doctor Who Review

Lets Get Real:

The Doctor was the top drama draw for Saturday, it was beaten in the ratings by two TV reality shows, dancing and singing, small things for small minds!! As to Kill the Moon it was fantastic, it allowed for some good drama, the big question, would you spoiler up the moon.   The people of planet Earth seem to have no problem with it, one big yes to the spoiler.  The Doctor was allowed to show his alien side, spoiler at the crucial point, the Guardian notes that,We sometimes need reminding that this guy is not human, and so sometimes that will mean he is not humane.  "  The most dramatic is the ending, the Guardian  writes, " Clara’s outburst was bound to happen, but at last Doctor Who is acknowledging that time travel is not all wine and roses "  Hat off to the Doctor and Clara, it was an emotional conflict, and it has to be said, from a Human to ever so High Time Lord.  The Telegraph notes, "  Hideous creatures, genuine emotional jeopardy, and terrific performances from Jenna Coleman and Peter Capaldi made this episode a series highlight ", this blog was thinking, never a good idea! What about having Clara, Danny and Courtney being with the Doctor for a full season.  As it was at the start, the Doctor, two teachers and a teenager travelling through time and space, just a thought to the BBC.
