CNN - Politics: Reports on how Presidents Trump and Obama have dealt with crisis points in Iran, how Obama was more cautious 2009,  while " Eight years on, with demonstrations and violence breaking out again in Iranian cities, the US position is reversed, with President Donald Trump and his team almost gleefully leaping at the chance to line up alongside Iranian protesters. "

Lets Get Real:

In CNN world, everything POTUS does is wrong, even playing golf, while Obama is still seen as the 2nd coming!! In 2009 with protesters on the streets the President Obama wanted to be cautions, it can be argued that even then he was looking for a nuclear deal with Iran, in essence let Tehran do what it liked, killing people, mass arrests, the Obama Oval was on the wrong side of history, on this issue Trump is right, the US should be helping the protesters, being discreet it should help the protesters with access to the Cyber World, as to allow them to gather for demos, even threaten to use military force in support of protesters if it gets down to that level, this could be a chance to remove the Regime, that is not likely but it could be damaged.  IF the USSR can go the way of the dodo, so can the Tehran Regime.*

Lets Get Real:

The article states that the US President has stated that Iran has closed down the internet in Tehran, the Regime is closing links to the outside and preventing people gathering to demonstrate.   The Tehran Regime like other dictatorships is trying to control access to the news, but with mobiles it is not so easy to control an entire Country, with the exception of North Korea.   One report states that a Army base was attacked, is this spin as to allow the Regime to crack down on those protesting, or is a REAL STORY.  That is the problem with social media, it depends who has put it up and why, it is hard to say what is fake news and real news sometimes.   Is the Tehran Regime about to fall, that is an open question.

This is more sabre rattling by Little Rocket Man, when he is full of hot air that means that the US could be lucky and that the North Korean missile plans have some problems, thus his latest statements.   The US and the West should not be concerned about North Korea, they only make threats when they want food, the US has played this game for decades under various Presidents, it knows that North Korea has a weak hand, time is on the side of the US.  Also should North Korea be foolish to attack a US ally then the US would wipe North Korea off the face of this Earth.

Lets Get Real:

It is hard to say if the Iran Regime is under real threat, the Tehran government keeps a firm control of media, the Western news outlets have to get their news from social media, so what is the future for the Tehran Regime.   Let us recall that there is a President and a religious Supreme Leader in Iran, and the Leader has the power, through the revolutionary guard, in 2009 the Regime killed many who were protesting, one gets the feeling that this is not the time for a  revolution, but someday the people will no longer be afraid, it only takes  a Captain or a Colonel to say NO to a order to use violence for the regime to be under threat.   At least President Trump is doing the right thing, being critical of the Tehran Regime, that is more than President Obama did in 2009, as he was obsessed in getting a  nuclear deal with the Tehran Regime and was willing to be quiet o the 2009 demonstrations and the force used by Tehran.    The Tehran Regime will fall one day, even the USSR was bought to heel, and finally finished.
