Is the Labour Party in a state of CIVIL WAR ? - Labour Party under Sir Keir Starmer

Lets Get Real:

Since Sir Keir has started the CIVIL WAR with the LEFT, he should follow through, advance is the best strategy, never wait for the other side to take action, he should make sure that ALL HIS MPs sign up for his definition of anti - semitism and his polices in general, if they do not then they should find themselves in the same club as Corbyn.  Those with a brain will know that they are only MPs because they have the Labour Stamp by their name, without that most of them would not get elected dog catcher.  The removal of the Whip is a major punishment, it should be used rarely but when used, follow through, being seen as tough is better than been WEAK.

The long term future for the Labour Party amid Divisions - 2024 General Election

Lets Get Real:

The present Labour Leader, Sir Keir Starmer has a choice to make, does he want to be the new Ed Miliband or the new Tony Blair, if he wants to be the new Ed Miliband, he just has to carry on as he is, he will spend the next five years on his project and then lose at the 2024 General Election.  If he wants to be new Tony Blair and win three elections starting in 2024 he has to throw Jeremy Corbyn and his supporters out of the Party.   This will cause a battle royal, but it will be worth it for Labour, it will return its soul and be a winning party of Government.   The CHOICE is STARK, and the answer is simple.

The Labour Leadership CONTEST - General Election 2024

Lets Get Real:

The next general election will be in 2024, the Labour Party could decided the result now if it elects the right next leader.   The negatives for Labour would be Sir Keir Starmer and Emily Thornberry, they are London MPs and firm Remainer supporters.  While the election of Lisa Nandy or Jess Phillips would give the Labour Party a chance in 2024.  The PROBLEM with Ms Phillips is that she is a Remainer, and has stated that she would support going back in to the EU.   That will not go down well with Northern and Midlands Labour supporters, who voted Conservative first the time, as to get BREXIT DONE.   This blog is not a Labour supporting blog, that is VERY CLEAR, but its once piece of advice for Labour voters is vote for Lisa Nandy, she just might be the ticket to win in 2024.

POLLS Narrowing for the Conservatives - GE3 - General Election 2019

Lets Get Real:

The polls are getting closer, so who do you trust at the end of the day, political commentators it seems have fallen to the mistake of OLD Generals, of fighting the LAST ELECTION all over again, it's a new battle, three new polls showed three different outcomes, from the Conservatives with a LEAD of 6 to a double Conservative LEAD.  The NHS's lack of beds could sway some Labour voters to back Labour even if they do not like Corbyn.  This Blog is waiting for the BIG POLL on Wednesday, that should give the voters a good indication of the result. Politics is a art not science, the normally rules do not apply!

Guido Fawkes: Reports on  a new poll by YouGov, that shows the political parties status with the voter, " Conservatives 34%, Liberal Democrats 23%, Labour 21%, Brexit Party 12% "

Lets Get Real:

This is good news for the Conservative Party, they lead the Liberal Democrats by 11%, the problem is breaking those numbers down to Parliamentary Seats, it has been suggested by experts that the Conservative Party needs to get the Brexit Party down to single figures to get a good overall majority.  Thus the PM has to go for a NO DEAL BREXIT, if there is no agreement between the UK and the EU.  The difference between 2017 and now is that Boris is PM, he actually likes people and is seen as a fun character.   The General Election awaits.

The Left Wing Guardian and Brexit - Post Brexit

Lets Get Real:

IF the left wing Guardian is having a go at, it must be alright, there will need to be a transition period, one would not expect World trade to stop because the UK has left the EU.   The question is how LONG, it should be a few years,  there needs to be an end date, it can not be used to keep the UK in the EU.   Also the UK should not pay a farthing to the EU, as stated they need us more than we need them, the EU Countries will know be dominated by the Germans and their Bank.   The Kaiser would have loved the idea.

The UK post Brexit - UK and the EU Talks

Lets Get Real:

The EU should be grateful that we are offering them such a good deal, they export more to the UK than we export to the EU.   The EU has to learn that the gravy days of the UK paying billions to the EU is OVER, the remainers have to get the FACT that we are out of the EU. The act as if they are the elite, what they think is more important than what the people voted for in 2016.   As to giving cash to the EU, this blog is totally opposed, they owe us, we have given them billions over the years and for what, nothing much but bent bananas.   This is the time for the UK to stand up for itself, the EU needs us more than we need the EU.

The Young are THICK, Stuck on Smartphones, and have the Intelligence of a Dodo!

Lets Get Real:

The new leader of the Liberal Democrats is WRONG, well that is not new for the LibDems, they have returned to their favourite place, a pressure group, next they will want to go and live France as it in the EU.   The argument by Cable seems to say  that us older voters matter less than young voters, this of course would have nothing to do with the fact that the base of the Liberal Democrats is naive students who could not find their lecture hall without a smartphone, a left wing elite who can not make up their mind.  They YOUNG are THICK, they have this naive view that the elite is right, while the rest of us are poor voters who do not understand.  This blog is calling for national service for modern youngsters, make them do SOME REAL WORK, or some fighting.   It can be argued that the Young should not get the vote in till their 21 or are doing a real job, and software design does not cut it, job in the mines for a few weeks, street cleaner, so they see how the other half live.   If they young have been shafted it is about time, get them in to the real world, Uni does not last forever, the real world is REAL.

The UK held to ransom by the EU - UK Betrayed if we PAY

Lets Get Real:

The UK is being to ransom by the EU, the fact that we are willing to give them 36 billion pounds just to get  a trade agreement shows that the EU is just after money for itself.  The UK voter would prefer that the billion did not go to the EU but to the NHS.  The UK Government should walk away from the EU, they can ask the Germans or the French to pay the debt, they want to stay in the EU, well its costs, and the UK is out in 2019.   If you're reading this post write or email to your MP and demand they oppose any sum, it does not matter if they are Conservative or Labour, the UK Elite has to get the fact that we want out of the EU.  The elite think they know better, the voters in 2016 knew what they voted for, it is simple, OUT OF THE EU, no ties to any Courts.  The MPs should listen to democracy.

What does Brexit Mean - Post Brexit

Lets Get Real:

10 Downing Street needs to get firm control of the Cabinet, you can not have splits with the Cabinet played out in public, the Remainers will use any method to prevent the UK LEAVING the EU.  The PM needs to sack the lesser Remainers as a message to the high ranking Remainers, they can also be sacked.  The Leavers in the Cabinet have to argue their point ALL the time, just to keep the Remainers in check.   The UK voted to leave the UK, it is about time the Remainers accepted this FACT.   The Remainers are anti Democratic, if the result had been the other way around the Leavers would have gone quiet by now, there needs to be a firm HAND in 10 Downing Street.

Civil War in Labour over Brexit - Post Brexit Debate

Lets Get Real:

The Labour Party is divided as the Conservatives when it comes to the EU, it will be interesting to see in September how the Labour Party will vote when it comes to the repeal of the EU Treaty.  If Corbyn tells his MPs to abstain when it comes to the vote how many will obey and how many will vote to block the move.  In a odd way it works for the Conservatives to have Corbyn as the Leader of Labour, he has never supported the EU, and thus can be expected not to oppose the Government when it comes to Brexit.  Those in the Conservative Party that want to replace PM May have only this one chance to ACT, otherwise she could be there for the duration.   It will be interesting to see what August silly stories come up, they always happen in this holiday period.

The Troubles with the EU - Post EU Brexit

Lets Get Real:

The UK has to be CLEAR with the EU, the UK will become sovereign after the UK leaves the EU, its Courts will decide cases that connect the UK with EU.   The EU will not have a role in UK law.   As paying for leaving, that is a non starter, in fact it can be argued that the EU owes the UK billions.   It is time to be tough with the EU, do not waffle British Government, tell the Germans and the French, if they want to keep the EU they will have to pay for it, the UK has voted for the EXIT.

The EU Divorce Bill - NAFF OFF EU

Lets Get Real:

IF the sum is anywhere near as reported the UK should just walk out and challenge Labour for its reaction, would they rather spend 36 billion pounds on the NHS or on pensions for the fat civil service in the EU.   The UK should not pay a FARTHING not a penny.   The UK has given billions to the EU over the years, we should ask for it back with interest.   IF UK voter will oppose any such sums, even die hard EU remainers would it find it hard to defend.  It time for the UK Cabinet to find its Churchill spirit, NO to Europe.   The Conservatives could call a snap election on the issue, should the UK pay that kind of sum to the EU, this blog thinks that the UK Voter would oppose such a move, let the UK stand up for its rights.

The SPLITS within the Conservative Party over Brexit - Post EU Vote

Lets Get Real:

The one MAJOR fault line within the Conservative Party is EU, it has long been so, EU waves caused problems for Lady Thatcher and Sir John Major.  The point of the 2016 Vote was for the UK voter to decide, and guess what happened, they told the Elite to get lost, the Remainers are those Elite that lost in 2016, to them there should be a 2nd Vote, and if that does not work, then another vote.   THE Elites never accept the spirit of Democracy, it is time they grew up and worked for the UK, not for the EU.

The BREXIT Talks - Update

Lets Get Real:

The open warfare in the UK Cabinet shows that the UK Cabinet is divided over the issue of UK leaving the EU and how.   The UK PM needs a firm whip in the House of Commons, very much the like original UK version of House of Cards.   The Conservative MPs who want a leadership contest needs a good talking too, or the Chief Whip should have a world with the Chairman of the Conservative branch of the Seat of the MP.   The UK has decided on Brexit, those trying to stall are going against the Democratic will of the UK electorate.   Brexit should mean Brexit.

The EU Repeal Bill and the UK Nations - Post EU Vote

Lets Get Real:

The UK PM should be firm with Wales and Scotland, the Welsh voted out, the Labour Government in Cardiff does not represent the will of Wales, and in Scotland the SNP lost House of Commons Seats with its anti Union arguments.   The House of Commons can give or take away powers from the different nations that make up the UK.  The House of Commons should decide the fate of the UK, and that means a HARD Brexit.   The wobbly remainers are a pain in the backside, when will they accept the EU vote of 2016.

Labour SPLIT over Brexit - Post Election 2017

Lets Get Real:

THERE are splits within the Labour Party and the Conservative Party when it comes to Brexit, this was shown when a Labour backbencher tried to change the Queen's speech, the resolution called for the UK to stay in the single market, the Labour leadership told its members not to vote, thus the idea died a death in the House of Commons.  Jeremy Corbyn's one good idea in his entire political career is for the UK to get out of the EU.  That gives him a problem, as he tries to get support from those that want to Remain in the EU and those Northern members who want to leave.  The Brexit process will take two years, there will be more problems for both Parties over that time period.

Obey Rule of Jeremy Corbyn - Post Election 2017

Lets Get Real:

It seems that the constant revolter Jeremy Corbyn has forgotten his time of rebelling, he expects his MPs to do as they are told, that is why you never give a left wing any power, they are alright if they are protesting, but once they are in power they expected their orders to be followed.   The next two years are going to be fraught in the House of Commons when it comes to the matter of Brexit, in those two years there could be By - elections, thus the House of Commons maths will differ over time.  The British loath the EU, so any time there is a row between the UK and the EU, those wanting a HARD Brexit will gain support.  Of course the question is can the May government last for five years, one has doubts.

Labour Divisions over Single Market - Post Election 2017

Lets Get Real:

This shows the divisions in the Labour Party, its leader Jeremy Corbyn has always wanted out of the EU, a minority of this MPs take a different view, even Shadow Ministers have been sacked.   The issue of the EU divides the Conservative Party and the Labour Party, it will be interesting to see over the next two years how Labour votes, they will try to cause problems but will not want to be seen as thwarting the will of the Voter in the EU vote of 2016.  This blog noticed that the BBC did not mention the sackings, they might later on, as the readers of this blog are aware this blog does not trust the BBC, the left of the Guardian and the BBC do not represent the UK voter, they represent a small minority of an elite.   There will be more votes in the House of Commons, more close votes.

The Queen's Speech Passed - Post Election 2017

Lets Get Real:

Thus most interesting vote of the Queen's speech was the Amendment by a Labour MP for the UK to stay within the EU Single Market, it was defeated,  this is not the policy of Labour leadership, the Labour Leadership instructed their MPs not to vote for the measure.   This asks an interesting question, as we go through the Brexit process what is the Labour Policy, will they vote for the UK to leave the Single Market and the Customs Union, if it is it could cause a split within the Labour Party as well as the Conservative Party.   It is great to see the House of Commons back in charge.
