One would not be shocked if this is idea of Trump Oval, ceasefire talks in Pakistan could fall apart anyway, they have different agendas and thus the prospects are not great.  Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon is a side issue in the view of POTUS.  Thus not hard to place pressure on Israel when it comes to this subject.  IT would be Rude for Israel to bomb Lebanon and very Un-diplomatic when in talks.  Thus no bombing one can presume as long as Hezbollah does not bomb Israel.

Trump is easily impressed, if the Tehran Regime had released some political prisoners from the January unrest, that would have been impressive, also why is the Tehran Regime denied that there are talks.   The reason that Tehran Regime allowed 10 ships to pass is they are by flag registration under the Pakistan authority, the mediators in the talks between the US and Iran.  There are still tankers blocked going through the Strait of Hormuz, that is the blackmail.  The Tehran Regime is sophisticated in blackmail, they don't have other forces, due to destruction by the US.  Trump should be wary that he is being player by Iran.

Update: Sky News reports POTUS is delaying the bombing of the power plants of Iran in till the 6th of April at the request of Iran.   Is POTUS being played by Iran, it looks like it at the moment.

As the article notes, POTUS has asked for help, but NATO countries have said a big NO, thus illogical remarks later that the US does not need NATO.  The problem for NATO countries is that they will have to carry the military load for the Ukraine and Western Europe.  Trump cannot leave NATO, it would be against US Law.  Before Trump was re-elected, the US passed a law that prevent Presidents leaving NATO.  The law was passed just in case Trump won.   The Oval can make life uncomfortable for the Ukraine and Europe, there will be payback from Trump after the US - Iran WAR is finished.

This is an interesting development, the question is WHY, if the US has has a deal with Iran, why the extra troops, is he as cunning as Richard Nixon, just in case Iran says NO to the 15 points, POTUS can argue he tried his best before sending in Ground Troops to Kharg Island and switching the Iranian oil off, collapse the Regime by switching off the money.

This blog watched Trump performance in the Oval and came to the conclusion either Trump was mad or your blogger is!.  The 15 point plan removes sanctions from Iran and they cannot be bought back if Iran cheats.  Iran gives up its nuclear stockpile, and cannot go nuclear again, this rings of North Korea again! Of course Iran will cheat.  The Strait of Hormuz is secured from being closed, again its a matter of trust, who will be on the other side of talks, and can you trust them?  Thus looks a trust but not verified deal.  Thus US will back here in a few years time.

VP's are there to be the image of the Administration if things go wrong, there is always the chance they could get the Oval via death, Resignation or impeachment of POTUS.  Vance needs Trump's support in 2028, for his run for the Presidency, thus he has cover for Trump over Iran, those are dues to being VP.
