Russia for talks with the Ukraine - Update

Sky News: Reports the following, " Vladimir Putin says Russia is ready for peace talks with Ukraine after strikes on its infrastructure led to fuel shortages. "

Let's Get Real:

The Russians are on the backfoot on the front, the Donbas has become a drone War, and the Ukrainian side is winning.  The Russians have not moved from their maximalist agenda, they want the Donbas and a weak Ukraine, the talks idea is to divert attention from the lack of fuel in Russia.  BEWARE the Russian Bear, its claws are out.

Trumps Deadline for Iran - Update

Guardian: Reports in its 5.55pm post the following, " Trump also cryptically posted “Tuesday, 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time!” on Truth Social on Sunday afternoon, probably referencing his new deadline for Iran.  "

Let's Get Real:

Will this be another TACO moment for Trump, or will convince himself that peace on hand.  If he was silent that would be strategic benefit, he is boxing himself in, what if Iran does not surrender, will he follow through to bomb Iran back to the stone age, the Democrats will go mental, they are already calling for the US Cabinet to invoke the 25 Amendment, a device to remove the President and replace him with VP, not going to happen, the Cabinet is spineless and YES men.  We live in interesting times. Is Trump following Nixon's Mad Man Theory, convince the other side that POTUS is mad and they better deal.  Nixon did it over Vietnam.

US has backed down - Iran

Let's Get Real:

Either Trump or Tehran are delusional, are there splits in Iran.  Has the bombing by the US and Israel led to splits in the Theocracy, is the New Supreme Leader still alive, this blog calls him dead.  Is Trump grasping at straws, who in Iran are they talking too, do they have any authority? Time will tell.

Trump's pospones bombing of Iran's nuclear site - Update

BBC News:  Reports in its 11.12pm post the following, " Trump says talks held on 'complete and total resolution of hostilities' with Iran "

Let's Get Real:

The Trump Oval has postponed a bombing of Iran 's nuclear and power plant sites for 5 days after  productive and constructive talks with Iran.  This comes out of nowhere! Hope it turns out to be true, not another ploy from Iran to delay bombing of its plants.  The money markets will be happy and oil prices should go down.  Trump really want out of this war before the Mid Terms, let's hope he is grabing at delusional peace straws.

 

Trump holding Israel back! -Update

BBC News: Reports in its 9.37pm post that President Trump is holding Israel back as Hamas returns 2 bodies and say they can't reach other remains.

Lets Get Real:

Hamas has delivered one body that was not even a hostage, they are breaching the Trump peace deal, how long will Israel delay, Hamas is playing games, they are playing mind games with Israel and hoping Trump wants to care about his perceived peace deal.  Hamas wants to control Gaza, also against the peace deal.

Israeli Government Agrees to Peace Plan - Trump47

Guardian: Reports that the US will send 200 troops to Israel to guard and help the peace plan.

Lets Get Real:

The complex peace plan has more than one stage, Hamas has not agreed to giving up their arms, also they have not agreed to give up the governance of Gaza, there could be problems later on, the far right government in Israel has stated it will bring down the Jerusalem Government if this does not happen.  The Trump Oval has made himself chairman of the Peace Board with the help of Tony Blair, Trump is at logger heads with Democrats over funding his own government, how much time does Trump to run Gaza, the devil is in the details as with most complex issues.

European leaders invited to Oval Office with Trump and Zelensky- Trump47

Sky News: Reports in its 3.17 post that European Leaders will be invited to the Oval Office meeting between Zelensky and Trump.

Lets Get Real:

From Reports it seems that Putin wants all the Donbas  in return for peace.   The Ukraine and Europe should say no way, make it clear that Trump is flogging a dead horse with this idea.  The coalition of the willing should say that they will provide ceasefire force under US security guarantee for the Ukraine.   No wonder Putin was going on about Europe at the suppose press conference.

Putin goes hypersonic - Russian - Ukraine War - New Cold War 2

Lets Get Real:

Like Hitler who while losing WW2 released the V1 and the V2 against the UK, Putin's Kremlin is using its latest military equipment, a hypersonic missile, that cannot be caught by the defences of the Ukraine, in fact cannot be caught be WESTERN DEFENCES.  The President of Ukraine is asking for PEACE TALKS with Putin, the demands by Putin are pretty clear, the Ukraine does not join NATO, has a limited military, also the Crimea and the Eastern Separatists provinces are given to Russia.  The Ukraine President will have a hard sell to sell this to his people after all they have suffered and lost.  One could argue that that Russia is losing this WAR, that is clear by the fighting on the ground, but the Russians have chemical, biological  and nuclear weapons, and one is afraid that Putin is not afraid to USE THEM.  The West will have to guarantee the security of the Ukraine, the KYIV Government should not trust the Russians, it has to tie the WEST in to any PEACE DEAL, just in case Putin comes back as Hitler did in march 1939 to take over the rest of Czechoslovakia, in Putin's case the rest of the Ukraine.
