The Tehran Regime is a rogue regime, it is trying to get back at the UK for the taking of a Iranian sanction busting tanker that was taken in Gibraltar by UK military forces.  The escalation by Iran from mining ships to the attempt of taking a UK commercial vessel shows that the Trump sanctions are working, the Tehran Regime is feeling the pressure.  The US should increase sanctions, make it impossible for the Iran theocracy to run the Country, make the people unhappy, get them on the streets, thus forcing Tehran to DEAL, on Western terms, no nukes, no more terrorism, no missile tests, in other words behave like any other Country.   This is a developing story.

The question is what is the House of Commons Speaker up to, he has thrown out past historical precedent, so why follow the rules now.  If your of a devious mind you would think that the Speaker and his Remain allies have something up their sleeve for the next time.  The new PM has to ge to work FAST, get the UK out of the EU as fast as possible, and not to extend the 31st October deadline.  The BBC has already had a show that attempted to place the fear of God in to those that believe in Brexit, the implications being if there is BREXIT, it is the end of the World, you will have to wait a week for your apples from France.  One gets the impression that these smeg head Reaminers are not the types you would want a fox hole with your or going over the top of a trench, worse they would have been appeasers in the 1930s.  That is how far they are out of it, poor UK.

As the Labour Party has gone " FULL REMAIN " the Conservative Party under new PM, Boris Johnson should hold a General Election, with the Conservatives supporting a NO DEAL BREXIT, make the hapless Corbyn defend something he does not believe in, you do not change your spots after decades of being an anti European.   The Labour Party elite of London has stabbed its Northern supporters in the back, will the Labour MPs take the Labour whip when it comes a fresh Brexit vote, will they support a Labour No Confidence votes, that is open to question.   The ultra left is out to destroy BREXIT and the long historical links between the Labour Party and its working class supporters.  The London elite are more interested in what the elite middle class think than REAL WORKERS.  A shameful Day for Labour.

The ultra elite Remain within the Labour Party has won the day.   Those Labour MPs representation Northern Seats that voted LEAVE in 2016 will have  a choice, if as expected Boris Johnson becomes a PM and develops a new deal with the EU, will these MPs take the Labour whip when it comes to voting on a new deal.  The Labour elite has stabbed its supporters in the back when it comes to BREXIT, it has gone from accepting the Brexit result to wanting to negate it, a sad day for the Democracy within the Labour Party.   It can be postulated that Corbyn was pushed in to this move by the fact that the Labour Party has a massive anti-Semitism issue, the Labour leadership is trying to divert attention from that to this issue.  One wonders how many MPs have the courage to quiet the Labour Party over both issues.

Let's postulate that Biden is one of the two contenders for the Democratic nomination, let's also postulate that the Sanders Campaign goes nowhere, the question is where does the Sanders voters go, they could end up supporting Senator Warren.   The Senator is full policy ideas and is also not taking big money but getting along from small contributors.  The Democratic voters must know that Trump will tear Warren apart, she is so LEFT, she makes Lenin look like a Adam Smith supporter.   Thus in essence the Democratic supporters have only once choice, they must support VP Biden.    Thus if the above is right, we have endless  months of a phony war, of course it depends on the above being RIGHT!!  This blog hates being WRONG!!

Lets Get Real:

The more than Iran breaks the nuclear deal with the UN/Europeans/China and Russia, the more chance that Saudi Arabia and Israel will see it as a threat to their common defence interests, and thus strike Iran before they get the bomb.   As noted in this blog and by many others, Israel struck Iraq in 1981 and Syria in 2007 when they perceived a nuclear threat from these countries.   The fact that Trump was so WEAK when Iran shot down a US drone might push these countries to form a very odd alliance, using Israeli and Saudi planes and Saudi Arabia as an airport to strike Iran.   In pure political terms, it would be easier if the US did hit Iran, otherwise you could see a regional war, with Saudi Arabia and Israel on the one side and Iran on the other.   This kind of war could close down the persian gulf, thus a threat to Western economies, as was the tanker wars in the 1980s.  The Trump Oval should place more economic pressure on IRAN, make Tehran come to the diplomatic table and to behave in the modern world.

The Democrats by their words at the debate have helped the Trump re-election campaign, the idea of giving medical cover to illegal immigrants is not popular, the fact that the leading candidates for the Democratic nomination want to get rid of private medical cover has gone down faster than the Titanic, and the Democrats do not stop.   After the mistake on debate of supporting such a move Senator Harris had a clean up operation the following day, but the damage was done.   The Washington Post/ABC News poll found that the only Democratic candidate that can beat Trump is former VP, Joe Biden.   The problem is that VP Biden has to get through the Primary contest, and it can be assured that the left wing candidates will go after Biden on race.  The fact that Trump has been so weak on foreign policy should help the Democrats, the Biden Campaign has jumped on the Trump weakness comes to North Korea, in fact Biden looks tougher on North Korea than Trump, that should help Biden with a moderate Democrats and even Republicans in the general election of 2020.
