The Trump Oval does not like to be shown in up public by a friend, specially if that friend is Israel telling him that Iran has been placing its nuclear stockpile in another mountain after Trump bombed Iran last year over the fear of its nuclear stockpile.  The Trump Oval has given peace talks with Iran a chance, its never the last time with Iran, they have talks, shoot at tankers and then have further talks, they are playing Trump for a fool.  The Trump background is real estate and reality TV, he does not understand the Iranian mind set or how to win a WAR.  The President as stated in previous post is listening to his Vice President, J.D Vance, who more concerned about the 2028 race and if he can win the MAGA base and win the General Election.  LBJ made sure his VP kept to the script, he bugged his plane as to know in advance if his VP was about to break with him over the Vietnam War, while that was going on the FBI was bugging the South Vietnam Embassy and discovered that the Nixon Campaign was telling South Vietnam not to go the Paris peace talks.  It would be fair to say that LBJ kept quiet about it, as would cause a constitutional crisis and it would be something that LBJ had over Nixon, the Watergate caper of Nixon trying find out what the Democrats had on the affair, thus the fall of Nixon.

This is a big win for Trump, the various Federal Cases will be affected, we wait to see what the Courts and Prosecutors so with the case, the general opinion is that the Court cases will start after the election, of course Trump as President could pull them if elected.   This Judgement by the Supreme Court does ask a few Questions of Presidential history, lets look at the examples, was JFK and the CIA'S attempt to kill Castro in the early 1960s was that official or Kennedy's need for revenge after the Bay of Pigs.  Then we move to 1968, was Nixon's sabotage of the Paris Peace Talks, semi official as he become President or private action that should have seen him Court.   Let's forget that LBJ bugged Nixon with the help of the FBI,  was the legal, its an open question, then we go to Nixon again in 1972 with Watergate, it can be presume that Nixon after the LBJ files on the Paris Peace Talks.  Thus would Nixon have had to resign in 1974.  The next case in Iran - Contra of the late1980s, it was Reagan's believe that the Contra freedom fighters had to be supported, after the Congress cut off official aid, he wanted the Contra fighters funded, no matter what it took, thus a diversion of funds to the Contra's.   As with JFK, there is doubt if Reagan knew this was happening, even if he did, it would not matter as it was official policy by Reagan to fight communism. In 1998 we have Bill Clinton, this was a private affair and thus the President would not have been immune from the Courts.   It seems the Court would have agreed with Nixon.   Interesting Court days ahead!!

As stated the national security of the US is to important to be left to the choices of someone like Trump or Biden, so if Trump is charged one can expect that Special Counsel that is looking in to Biden to come to the same results, classified pages in his garage by the car and Hunter having access to them. Thus the US in 2024 Could have the former President on Trial and his successor on Trial and VP Harris the first woman President, she is also black, just a thought for the 2024 process.  On the other and it could be just Trump, the Biden investigation could go on for months pass the 2024 election, the Democrats must hope that.   The Trial must be seen to be fair, and not the US becoming a banana republic, that would be the result should Trump win in 2024, therefor Trump must be found guilty by his peers, the people, the jury selection will take some time.  The Trump lawyers will have a legal case to fight, while Trump will be on the news and his social media site 24/7 accusing the other side of doing the work for President Biden.   There must be another Reagan out there, out of a population of 330 million there must be another Reagan, someone that can unite the Republicans and the Country.

This could be the political GODS telling POTUS not to run again, his approval ratings are in the toilet, he is now in the same public perception of Trump, of not having the ability to organise his his job and keeping classified files for six years, the latest files taken by the FBI also cover his Senate days.  The problem is that the Attorney General, cannot charge Trump and let Biden off, in the real world, both would lose their jobs have a their security clearance revoked, the Biden Oval has already done that to Trump, it does rise some awkward questions, can the Biden Oval be trusted with the security of the United States, if he leaves his files in the garage with his beloved car.  Also who else had access to the files, his son Hunter had the address down as his home address for his driving licence.  Thus this will make the Republicans in Congress more eager to investigate Hunter, and the Democrats can hardly say NO.  It was fun last night to see how CNN handled the latest scandal, their lawyers tried to find ways of saying that the FBI had searched the HOUSE without using the word search.   CNN tried at every chance to say that Trump was worse, therefore Biden was a saint, this is why no one trusts CNN, they are seen as a hand of the Democratic Party, and some of their commentators are real Trump haters!

POTUS has found himself in a glass house, he was critical of former President Trump for keeping files and now a 2nd batch of his files while in the Obama Administration has been found.  Thus one can assume that these files are six years old, how come to the National Archives did not ask for them before, its gets very murky.  The Attorney General must appointee a Special Counsel as he has done with former President Trump, anything else and it will look like political and payback from the AG for his Appointment to the post, after not getting on the US Supreme Court, the Republicans blocked him for the post. The House Republicans will NOW have POTUS and his son Hunter in their sights, the President might want to have a second look at running for a 2nd term, if he does the Republicans will him make pay a heavy price, there will be endless House hearings on these two batches of files held by POTUS after leaving the VP in 2017.

Why would former President Trump need to keep 700 pages of secret materials, and that is just the documents that was taken away from the Trump home in January, the President would have known that he could have looked at them at any time, in a secure manner, the security of the the Trump Home would hardly be up to the standard of what the Government does to keep documents secret, what if foreign intelligence bodies had found this out and tried to get copies, the fact that Trump had them is not the problem, its the bulk.  It should be noted that in 1969 when LBJ left office he took information that showed that the Nixon Campaign had placed pressure on the Saigon Government in South Vietnam not to go to the Paris Peace Talks.  LBJ could have blown up the 68 campaign with this hacked information, but he kept it quiet and stated that the information would be held in his Library, in a envelope to be opened decades later.  It has been postulated that the WATERGATE break in was Nixon looking to see what the Democrats had on the 68 campaign, why otherwise break in, the Richard Nixon won the 72 election in a landslide, he did not need to break in to the Watergate.  The Saigon connection makes sense of the break in.  The point being that Presidents do take secret information with them, well LBJ and Trump did, so let's not get pious about it, its the volume that is the problem.  One has to say that Trump should face charges, but the Biden Administration should not do that, it should be the grown up, CNN and the liberal media want that, it would be disaster, it would make Trump a martyr to the course, the information from Jan 6 is bad enough to stop from running, let's not give Trump a OUT, the Democrats would never be forgiven.

This was very thin ground for the FBI to raid the home of a former President, they did not do that to NIXON even after Watergate.  As President, Donald Trump could do what he liked with the documents, he could have handed them to the Russians and it would not have been illegal.  The President decides what happens to security documents while he is President, after he left office, that could be more tricky for Trump, he could argue that he had packed in a hurry, or someone else had packed them without telling him, anyway you look at this, this case will go to the US Supreme Court, and the Biden Administration better have a good case, also what happens if the Republicans take the House next year, the Democrats might regret doing this, the Republicans could go after Hunter Biden HARD, some boxes should never be opened, you never know what might be in this Pandora Box.
