After giving speech at a gun safety conference, POTUS went to Delaware to see his son and this was shown to the press, there no way POTUS will allow his son and father to his grandchildren to go to JAIL.   The problem for POTUS will come in September when his son on Trial over his tax affairs.    The Republicans see that as most important, thus if he his trial goes the way of Delaware then POTUS will act, one would expect nothing else of a loving father, we shall see how the polls after Trump is sentenced and before that the debate between Biden and Trump.    This election will be long, thank goodness we have alcohol.

The Hunter Biden as with the Donald Trump case would have not be bought if they had different surname, the verdict in both cases should have been NOT GUILTY, in this case the Jury is from Delaware, Biden's home state and Hunter is a local boy, so while New York went wrong away, this blog expects the Jury to bring back a NOT GUILTY verdict, anything else would be political, the gun was never used, and on one for sure knows if Hunter Biden was on drugs, his father has said he wont use his Presidential power to Pardon his son, the father of six children.  In the old days, men in smoke filled rooms would have solved their problems like gentleman, present problems are due to people wanting a pure democracy, it cant work like that.   When in 1968 President Johnson discovered that candidate Nixon was playing games with the Paris Peace talks, he kept that quiet, it would have caused a political crisis, he kept it over Nixon, thus the Watergate break - in of 1972, Nixon wanted to know how much LBJ had told the Democratic Party.   Today is what you get when you have the ideologues in charge.

There are enough warning polls for the Biden Oval, it has to do something drastic to get his polls up, the Biden Oval has to show that it is tough, more military support for the Ukraine, a new VP might to the trick, voters like strong Presidents, those from the centre right.  The US voter is not happy in his wallet or purse, they see that inflation is to high, they are very concerned about the President's age, he is no Reagan, CNN showed that 77% of voters thought that Reagan would make it through his 2nd term, the number for Biden is a lot lower.  It is time for Mrs Biden to have a word with the President, does he really want a 2nd term, as the BBC notes Hunter would be on Trial and is pleading not guilty, will they allow Hunter to go to jail should he be found guilty on federal gun charges.  POTUS has the power of pardon, would he use that to get Hunter out of jail.  A tough 2024 for POTUS.

Those on the right think that they will see Marine 1 taking POTUS to see his son in jail, are drinking the right wing KOOL AID, this will not happen, either there will be a plea deal again or Biden will be found not guilty.  Today Trump had a victory, the Judge in his Georgia case stated that not all 17 charged can be start in October, it is to early, also those who want a fast trial can go first.   This could mean that the trial happens after the November Election, that is a win for Trump as long as he WINS in November.   It looks like 2024 will be full Republican Contests and the General Election.  It could be very close, down to a few States, the same as last time.    Thus far it looks for Biden to LOSE, the security of Western Europe is in the balance due to the Ukraine.

The Biden Oval is in trouble, in a head to head match with Trump, the former President is 1% ahead.  The President should have a serious sit down with himself, and ask does he have it in him to serve another four years, and that is a year and half out before the election.  If POTUS mumbles or goes off script in speech or remarks, then Trump could win by accident, that would be a disaster for the US and Western security.  The Russians could win by default in the Ukraine and NATO would come under threat.  Thus it is about time Biden threw in the towel, a younger Democrat is needed, one safe on national security, Biden should think about his legacy, on the way out he should pardon Hunter and Trump, gain the respect of the American people.  President Ford who gave a pardon to Nixon gained the respect of the American people after 1974.

A few weeks ago Hunter Biden had a sweet heart deal, a please deal to federal charges, it was the Judge who up BLEW the deal, she asked would the deal clear Biden on any future charges, the Prosecution said no, while the Hunter Biden team thought that was the deal.  Thus we could have the son of the current President on Trial and the former President on Trial during the 2024 elections, great if your a political geek, not so great for the US and the Presidency.  One does have to ask why the prosecutor in the Biden case asked for the promotion , and why the AG agreed, is the AG protecting his own backside and that of the Biden Department of Justice or is there more crimes out there, one does wonder WHY CNN does not have more reporters on the  case, if its Trump they have dozen reporters on it, 2024 got more interesting.

The left and right have already taken sides, the CNN anchors downplayed the story at the start, in till they were reminded, that this is the first time a son of a President has been charged with breaking federal law.  The Republicans have stated that this a soft deal for Hunter, while the Democrats say that Hunter has been honest about his past taking of drugs.  POTUS and the first lady support their son.  The fact that the parties taking sides shows how broken American society is, the Republicans have alleged that Hunter and POTUS have done done bribery when Biden was VP to President Obama.  They also stated that Hillary Clinton was not charged over her classified documents that was on her laptop.  While the Biden Department of Justice is going after Trump over his handling of classified documents, this blog expects that POTUS will be cleared of his handling of classified files.  American society needs equal justice or failure will be a nail in the coffin of American Democracy.

As stated the national security of the US is to important to be left to the choices of someone like Trump or Biden, so if Trump is charged one can expect that Special Counsel that is looking in to Biden to come to the same results, classified pages in his garage by the car and Hunter having access to them. Thus the US in 2024 Could have the former President on Trial and his successor on Trial and VP Harris the first woman President, she is also black, just a thought for the 2024 process.  On the other and it could be just Trump, the Biden investigation could go on for months pass the 2024 election, the Democrats must hope that.   The Trial must be seen to be fair, and not the US becoming a banana republic, that would be the result should Trump win in 2024, therefor Trump must be found guilty by his peers, the people, the jury selection will take some time.  The Trump lawyers will have a legal case to fight, while Trump will be on the news and his social media site 24/7 accusing the other side of doing the work for President Biden.   There must be another Reagan out there, out of a population of 330 million there must be another Reagan, someone that can unite the Republicans and the Country.

Hunter Biden is  a gift that keeps giving, if Mr Hunter Biden is charged it will place the President in a bad situation, does he allow his son to go to TRAIL, and being found guilty, that would force the President to PARDON HIS OWN SON  and sink his 2024 Campaign,  or does he ACT before, pardon his son and call it all political and then risk his fate in the hands of the voters in 2024.  The Republicans are going to enjoy this, if there are no charges, the will shout that the LAW protects Liberals but goes after Republicans, in many ways the Special Counsel has to bring charges or shouts of a Whitewash, the Biden poll numbers are in the toilet already, how bad can a PARDON BE, he might face a real challenge to the Democratic nomination, but it it late in the game.  This blog is only supporting Biden because of his support for the Ukraine, one has not forgotten Afghanistan and the threats form Russia, China, Iran, one hopes that there are no further crisis points, one doubts that Biden could handle more CRISIS POINTS, we shall  see over the next few months.

The Biden Campaign for 2024 need above like a hole in the shoe, the Biden Oval has delayed its intention to run 2024, while Trump and others are running for the Republican nomination.  If the Biden Oval does not know how the investigation of his son is going then its clueless  and should not run in 2024, if the President's son is charged with tax fraud, it really hurts the Biden Oval, will he Pardon his son if he tried and found guilty, will the LIBERAL media cover the story, it was on NBC last night.  It will be curious to see if the uber liberal CNN covers the story, they are still obsessed with the Fox News story, they hate Trump and Fox so much they have lost the plot. CNN in its heyday was great, it was the channel of choice for news, not anymore.

The fact that POTUS has to be in a BLUE STATE, a very BLUE STATE, shows how the Democrats might have missed managed this campaign, they hoped that abortion was the ticket to win for them, but when people cannot afford food from the store and inflation is outpacing their wages, the voter will be looking for someone to BLAME, and since the Democrats are in power the buck stops with them.  It would be a foolish to make a prediction, but that is what political blogs DO:  Thus one can postulate that the Republicans will take the House, I do not think a balanced Democrat  would argue with that, if the losses can be kept under 30 that might be a good night for the Democrats, over 30 or 40 and it's a wave for the Republicans, in both cases the Republicans take the House.  In the Senate it's even a present, with the casting vote for the VP when each side vote together and need a tie breaker.  It can be postulated that the Republicans MIGHT take the Senate by ONE or TWO Seats.  Either way POTUS should expect to be investigated every day for the next two years, Hunter Biden should hire very good and expensive lawyers, the Republicans will be after him in till 2024.  For political geeks, ( this blog ) it will be fun night, let's see who wins.

We are through the looking glass folks, when the Democrats mostly are the hawks on US National Security and the Republicans voters are the doves when it comes to defending the Ukraine and therefore western security.  The Republican Party is not the Party of Teddy Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan, they would be appalled to see that the Republican Party has become a CULT OF TRUMP, there are reports that the Donald will declare he is a candidate after the Mid Terms.  The Democrats cannot have Biden as their nominee, even hard core Democrats must have doubts about Biden, is he up to the job, it's the same argument they used about Trump, when you open that pandora box you cannot be shocked if the arguments you used then come back and bite you on your backside, in the 2024 Presidential Election POTUS cannot hide is his Delaware bunker, what if the Republicans have the sanity not to nominate Trump but a younger version of Trump, someone who is stable and does not frighten the horses or the dogs.  POTUS cannot wait till then, the Democrats who want to run, will need some advance warning, so POTUS will come under pressure to decide after the Mid Terms, if the Republicans win the House, then they will start to investigate how much money goes to the Ukraine  and how it is spent. Also they will investigate Hunter Biden, if they find anything illegal, he parked his car in a wrong manner, they will go AFTER HIM, the same detail search as the Democrats have done over January 6th. Both Bidens better be clean, or expect the Republicans will hit hard back.  The Democrats will need to fund the Ukraine in the lame duck session of the Congress, that means spending billions on the Ukraine, to prevent the Republicans halting the process.
